The lower level has a private bedroom/living area with private full bathroom. There is a NEW queen size sleep sofa with additional sofa & chair with TV and has window air conditioner. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms.
Master bedroom has queen size bed/TV/Window Air conditioner. Second bedroom has two twin size beds and window air conditioner. Third bedroom has queen size bed. The second and third bedrooms each have sliders to upper deck with beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay. Call for May and Oct. availability.

Yarmouth.....14.45%
Brewster......14.45%
Please note that this tax is applied to the total rent and all fees of a property.
Rental Fees
There is a $180 non-refundable reservation and damage fee added to each lease.
