This cottage duplex is nestled in the dunes of the Cape's beautiful Mayflower and Bayview Beaches in historic Dennis. Choose from either side:  #51, a separate bedroom plus a sleeping loft offer multiple options. From the loft, open the bedside window and enjoy the ocean views and sounds. The first floor bedroom sleeps up to four, and a sleeper couch with ocean breezes can accommodate two more.   is ocean-side & its secluded loft space boasts ocean views and a comfortable queen size bed. Downstairs, four children or two adults will enjoy the built in bunkbeds with views of the dunes. To make your family's stay more pleasurable and convenient, we've updated the decor, and added a private outdoor shower. The open kitchen and dining room offer a full range of entertainment options. A gas grill and table on each front deck overlook a boardwalk that leads through the dunes to the gorgeous powder sand beach. 
There is a new outside shower behind the cottage and plenty of outside seating to enjoy people watching and grilling. Between the location and the awesome sunsets, there isn't much more you could ask for in this simple but affordable Cape Cod vacation.  
Renters may also choose to rent just one side for a cozy family vacation.

Location, location, location! Steps away from Bayview beach and short driving distance to many other beaches. Very nice neighborhood. Enjoyed being so close to the beach and being able to here the sound of the waves from the deck. See the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Met many nice people going to and from the beach. Cook out on the deck or go out to many restaurants close by, such as Chapins great fried clams and many other seafood dishes. Dennis Market only a few minutes away. We loved this beach cottage and are already looking forward to staying again next year.

The cottage is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Cod and in a family friendly area. All that you need for a quite and relaxing beach stay is right there in the cottage. You can cook, grab some delicious food at nearby Chapin's or have some pizza delivered to sit and watch the sunset. There are local parks, public tennis courts and yoga studios close by - I recommend the Yoga Center of Cape Cod. The owners of the cottage are responsive and great to work with.

My husband and I and our now 2 little girls have been renting this cottage for 3 years. We love it and look forward to going back every summer. The cottage is super cute, clean, and cozy. It is SO convenient with 2 little kids... Just walk out with your bathing suit and a bucket for catching all the creatures of the sea. The sand is super soft and the tide goes out for miles. The cottage has all you need, beach chairs, sand toys, and games inside for rainy days. We only wish we could stay longer ever year that we go!

The place is small but tidy. The place does need some work on window screens but we weren't inside much. The owners were very nice about supplying us with a brand new Weber Grill when the previous tenants said the old one wasn't working and it was set up in about 2 hours upon our arrival. We really enjoyed the beach and sunsets. The Chapin Restaurant was wonderful. Terrific food, moderate price and friendly service.
