The house has 3 bedrooms and another area with a bed for added sleeping and 2 full baths. The open floor plan includes the oversize living room, with new furniture, kitchen open to dining area and sliders to the back deck that faces the beach. There is an enclosed outside shower and extra dining/ living space at the other end of the house. Tv's in both living spaces and window a/c in bedrooms are just a few of the extras. It will be a summer rental you will want to re-book in the years to come.

Brewster......14.45%
Please note that this tax is applied to the total rent and all fees of a property.
Rental Fees
There is a $180 non-refundable reservation and damage fee added to each lease.
