The tax rate for each town is:
Dennis.........14.45%
Yarmouth.....14.45%
Brewster......14.45%
Please note that this tax is applied to the total rent and all fees of a property.
Rental Fees
There is a $180 non-refundable reservation and damage fee added to each lease.
